See a few examples here: Emergency release device In the event of power breakdown, a device is activated to continuously provide a signal to direct elevator to the nearest landing so that passengers can be safely released from the car. TELESERVICE system Monitor elevators 24 hours a day through TELESERVICE device, and record any exceptional signals and send it back to National Call Center (NCC). 3D light curtain We offer additional door security and user-oriented comfort with motion detection system. It is supplemented with a high-resolution 3D light curtain. DSC ThyssenKrupp Elevator's Destination Selection Control (DSC) provides elevator control on new levels. With DSC, the destination is selected on the touch-screen before the trip. Then the next car to passenger is indicated. There are no push buttons in the cars. In this way the efficiency of a group of elevators can be significantly enhanced because every passenger's location and destination are known. The control system can respond to passenger request immediately. Special trip can also be initiated by numeric codes or ID systems such as magnetic card readers.
