Establish, maintain, and improve the Quality and EHS management systems (QEHS) for China Field Operations (TKEC):

i) Quality Management System: follow ISO9001 standard,

ii) Environment Management System: follow ISO14001 standard,

iii) Occupational Health and Safety Management System: follow OHSAS 18001 standard.

2. Lead to set up criteria of quality control and EHS management, organize to work out inspection norms (inspection instructions and inspection forms).
领导建立质量控制和环境健康安全管理规范，组织制定检验规程（检验作业指导书和检查表）
3. Monitor the operations of the QEHS within China Field, push the branches follow the requirements of QEHS management:
监督中国区质量和环境健康安全的运作，推动分公司执行质量和环境健康安全管理的要求。

4. Drive corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement on Quality and EHS, push plants for product quality improvement, push and coordinate branches for EHS improvement and process quality improvement,
推动相关方有效开展纠正预防措施，以实现质量和环境健康安全管理的持续改进；督促工厂对产品进行质量改进，督促和协调分公司不断改进过程质量和提高环境健康安全管理水平
5. Manage nonconformity handling in quality and EHS,
对质量不合格和环境健康安全不合规的处理进行监管
6. Measuring tools management and calibration,
测量工具的管理和校验
7. Monitor and ensure the uses of personal safety protection equipment and site safety protection devices,
监督和确保个人安全防护装备和现场安全防护设施的正确使用
8. Quality and EHS data collection, statistic analyses and reporting,
质量和环境健康安全数据的收集、统计分析和报告。
9. Organize quality and EHS training to all branches and subsidiaries groups,
组织分公司和办事处进行质量和环境健康安全培训
10. Collect related laws, governmental rules and regulations on QEHS from government and other external parties and ensure these laws, rules and regulations are clearly transferred to and observed by TKEC staff and subcontractors.

11. Monitor and help subcontractor on quality control and EHS management

12. External Liaison and related affairs handling on QEHS management,

要求
- University/college degree, major in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar majors,
机械或电气专业本科或大专毕业.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Manager or EHS Manager.
Experience in EHS Management prefferred.
曾担任三年以上的质量或安全经理，有安全管理工作经验者优先考虑
- Minimum five years experience in Elevator & Escalator company
五年以上电梯扶梯相关经验
- Fluent English language – speaking and writing
良好的英语听说读写能力
- Good knowledge and sound experience in ISO 9001 QMS
具备IS09001质量管理体系方面知识和经验
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 management preferred,
具备ISO14001,OHSAS18001管理体系知识和经验者优先考虑
- Good computer skills, familiar with Word, Exel, Powerpoint, etc.
能熟练使用Word,Excel, Powerpoint 等办公软件。
- Strong logical thinking and analytic ability
具备较强的逻辑思维能力和分析能力
- Demonstrated ability in solving problems
